Refund Policy

Maaru.lk offers paid promotional packages (boosted ads, featured listings). This policy explains our refund terms.

1. Free Listings

Standard ad listings are free of charge. No payment is taken and no refund applies.

2. Paid Packages

Paid packages (Top Ad, Featured Badge, Bump) are activated immediately upon payment. Due to the instant digital nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once a package is activated.

3. Exceptions

A full refund may be issued if: (a) the platform failed to activate your package within 24 hours of payment, or (b) a technical error caused a duplicate charge. Contact support@maaru.lk within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference.

4. Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
