Get told when it's listed
Save the search once instead of checking the same page every day.
Free about 35 seconds
The thing you want may not be listed yet. That is a waiting problem, not a searching problem.
Saving a search
Step 1: Search with the filters you actually want — category, district and budget.
Step 2: Save that search. Maaru remembers the filters, not just the words.
Step 3: When a new ad matches, you get an email. Check the ad early: on a good listing, the first few callers do the deal.
What this cannot do
- Alerts go to the email address on your account, so it needs to be one you actually read.
- You are told a match was posted. Whether it is any good is still a judgement you have to make.
Watch out for
- Saving a search so narrow that nothing ever matches. Widen the budget or the district before assuming the market is empty.
